Studies indicate 67 percent of couples feel “very unhappy” after the birth of their child although it hits men and women at different times and can last for as long as two years. In this workshop, we will offer several ways couples can renegotiate their marital contract to avoid the typical pitfalls that new parents face, many of those unconscious. We will also explore societal and personal expectations of what it means to be a “good mother” and “good father” in addition to being a wife and husband.
